Q: When should I arrive at the meet?

A:

You should arrive at the Expo with your horse with enough time to comfortably settle in, stow your gear, tack-up and warm up prior to your first class.  This could take from 2 to 12 hours, depending upon your experience and your horse's disposition.

Generally, athletes competing on Friday arrive Friday morning, with IHOR and performance horses arriving by Friday evening.

Always let your coach know when you plan to arrive with your horse.
